Color and Form
Reflecting back on my photographic experience has been a wild one. Documenting bits a pieces with what has been going on in the world but with my intention of always telling a story through photographs. I’ve constantly asked myself “Am I doing this right?” with lots of trial and error.
Reflecting back on the overall concepts of composition, color, tone, and light; I think I learn everyday with what images work and what images don’t. I try finding the beauty in the mundane. Since winter is fast approaching, my battle with light has been a tough one.
The correct amount of light is essential when capturing the desired composition. Without it, there’s probably no hope. I came across a numerous amount of technical difficulties when coming across natural and synthetic light sources for my images. In project 4, I learned that having the perfect backdrop really helps.
